Celebration of Life for Lynn Nichols

On August 18, 2021, our beloved family member Lynn Nichols transitioned due to complications from Covid-19. This was totally unexpected. Our loved one Lynn went into the hospital with Covid on July 24th, not knowing that this would take such a toll on her body. We knew that she would be coming home because they were preparing her for rehabilitation but unfortunately things took a turn. Her family was eager for her to return home. She fought tremendously on her road to recovery but unfortunately this took a toll on her. If any one knew her, it was to love her. Always there for everyone, lending a listening ear to those that needed her. She was a mother, sister, auntie, best friend, a nurturer, a confidant and so much more to so many people.  Because of this we are coming together now to ask all who loved her to assist with preparing her celebration of life. No donation is too big or too small. In her final moments, when all else started to fail, her heart continued to beat strong because she knew before she transitioned she had more love to give.

Oftentimes when we think about the definition of a legacy, we think about it in terms of monetary value but contrary to popular belief a legacy can show itself in many forms. The legacy that Lynn has left behind is to fight, even when you think you are done fighting, to love even when you feel there is no love left, to give when there is nothing left to give, and to be present even when you don't feel seen.
