Celebrating the Life of Breast Cancer Warrior Tialinda VanDross
As most of you are aware our beloved TiaLinda VanDross loss her life after an ongoing battle with breast cancer on Thursday March 22nd,2018. Breast cancer is one of the leading illnesses in women. About 1 in 9 African-American women will suffer from breast cancer in their lives. While breast cancer is slightly less prevalent in African-American women, it is much more likely to be diagnosed at a later stage in them. TiaLinda found out that she had late stage breast cancer and fought a good fight for almost 5 years. Tia was a resident of New York, but Charleston SC was home. Arrangements have been made for Tia to be brought home to Charleston to be buried along side her mother as she wished. Anything that you can help with will be greatly appreciated. Funeral arrangements will be updated as soon as finalized. Thank you in advance
