This year our fall fundraiser theme is Celebrating Naomi Feil's Legacy! The <a href="https://vfvalidation.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Validation Training Institute</a> (VTI) is a virtual, non-profit organization. Our website is our office. We have 2 part-time staff members, a volunteer Executive Director and Board. That's it. Donations from our Fall Fundraiser make up about a third of VTI's income, the rest comes from other donations, royalties and sales. All of these dollars go into the General Fund and are used to do the following: · Improve and maintain our website · Create new Validation training programs · Make our training programs available in other languages · Sell and market our training programs, books, and DVDs · Maintain good financial practices: accounting, state charity registrations Our <a href="https://vfvalidation.org/about-us/financial-reports/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">2020 Annual Report</a>  gives more information about how funds are distributed and on the same webpage you can find our financial statements. The same values we use when we validate are those that we live by in this organization: honesty, integrity, transparency, empathy and flexibility. We serve the needs of others!
