<div>Alex Menendez was the kind of person whose presence quietly made everything better.

</div>

<div>At work, he was a teammate you could always count on—steady, supportive, and generous with his time and knowledge. He showed up not for recognition, but because he cared about the people around him and the work the team was doing. Whether it was stepping in to help a coworker, sharing a laugh during a long day, or simply listening when someone needed it, Alex made our workplace feel more human.

</div>

<div>Beyond his role as a colleague, Alex was a devoted father and a loving husband. His family was the center of his world, and it showed in the way he spoke about them—with pride, warmth, and unmistakable love. He was a caring son, a loyal friend, and someone who understood that showing up for others was one of life’s most important responsibilities.

</div>

<div>Alex’s passing was sudden and unexpected, leaving a space that cannot be filled. But what remains is the impact he had on all of us—the kindness he shared, the example he set, and the relationships he built. His legacy lives on in the memories we carry, the stories we tell, and the way he reminded us to treat one another with compassion and respect.

</div>

<div>He will be deeply missed, always remembered, and forever valued as a teammate, a friend, and a remarkable human being.
