Our eldest son Dan's kidneys are functioning at 8%. He is in need of a kidney and to our over the moon joy, his wife Jessica is a match!!
The problem, however, is they will both be out of commission for approximately 2-3 months. Having to move back down to Vancouver, after just moving to Salmon Arm.
Dan, started a new job in January, they are very supportive at this time. Jessie also, just started a new job, she too has very accommodating and suppotive employers.
These funds are to be used to help alleviate the financial stress Dan and Jessie will be experiencing, by having to relocate family to Vancouver. Including accommodations & travel without being able to go back to work. Dan and Jess will have to maintain two homes for however long it takes both to recover.
