Help Us Celebrate the Life of a True Rockstar— My Dad

On October 18th, my dad ended his long, courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He passed peacefully in a room full of people who loved him without condition. He fought with everything he had— through over two years of chemo, endless appointments, & countless other challenges— with the same strength, humor, & heart that defined him his whole life.

For the last year, I had the honor of helping him through this time. Reconnecting & catching up over many years apart. We spent days listening to music, playing guitar, sharing stories, watching movies, & finding lightness even in the hardest of times. My dad was a warrior in every sense throughout this battle, and his spirit deserves to be celebrated in the same way: loud, loving, & ALIVE.

Unfortunately, during his illness, he was deeply taken advantage of and left without financial resources by someone who was supposed to care for him. It’s been heartbreaking to watch, but I’m determined to bring him the peace, love, & justice he deserves.

I’m raising funds to create a Celebration of Life that truly reflects who he was— a man who lived for music, connection, & laughter.

We made a playlist together— called the Rog Chronicles

I know he wants people to gather and remember him this way.

The money will go toward:

-Venue & food for the celebration

-A photo & video tribute

-Memorial keepsakes for friends and family

Every donation, no matter the amount, helps us give him the celebration of life he deserves. Surrounded by people who love him & remember him for his incredible heart, strength, & soul.

If you knew my dad, you know how much he meant to the people around him. Regardless of his mistakes or shortcomings, he was absolutely impossible not to love.
