Hey, I'm Nick Borisenko, a historian, who strives to make history popular and interesting for the people.

This year, rather than gifts, I’m asking for your support to help fund my medieval reenactment group in the town of Canosa di Puglia - we are not just preserving and demonstrating the medieval history of the town and the lands around, but we try to revitalize Canosa that is now sadly in decay, to help its people see the beauty of their town, and to make it an interesting place for tourists to visit.

Your generous contributions will help us cover costs for swords and shields, costumes and materialsto share our love of history with even more people.

And even more - in my free time and on my own expense I'm working on a website Historical Academy (https://historical.academy/) which is intended to provide easy and fun way to learn history for any person who doesn't know it very well but who has interest.
