My name is James Rutledge and my family and I are raising money to honor my Mother with a funeral service. My mother and I had a group home together taking care of Foster Kids from a broken system. She also retired from Fresno County helping people recieve welfare benefits. She spent her whole life for others and she did not help herself. She died tragically on 9/23/2024 suffering from a major stroke- she was alone for anywhere between 7 to 3 days before EMTs were able to show up. In other words, she did not pass peacefully.

It is our hope to be able to honor her and give her a celebration of life. Income from this go fund me will go directly to those services for her. Thank you for reading.
