Pastor Julio Arroyo Azurka, 57 years old, is in need of an immediate heart surgery in Lima, Peru. The doctors say it is critical, that even waiting 10 days could be fatal. He has a heart blockage and requires a stent be put in. Because of circumstances out of his control, his insurance is not in effect and could take several weeks to be reinstated.
