Cecy Lopez Beat Breast Cancer Fund!

Our friend and family member Cecilia Ramos Lopez has once again been diagnosed with Cancer. Cecy would have been celebrating 10 years of being cancer free but, unfortunately the cancer has returned. This will require more surgery and more treatment. Cecy and Rolando will once again feel the financial pressure due to the high expenses of cancer treatment.
A GoFundMe page has been set up to help take some financial pressure off Cecy and Rolando while she goes through treatments, surgeries and recovery. Funds raised will be going towards medical bills and travel expenses that are not covered by her insurance or the public system, which are extreme.
We all know the hardship of having only one income coming in, this will not cover the high expenses for cancer treatment. Family and friends we ask you to please open your heart to the Lopez family. Make any donation you can to assist Cecy and Rolando during this time of need.
Cecy is a caring loving mother of three children; Angel 16, Joseph 13, Sophia 5. Cecy was 25 years old, when she was diagnosed the first time with breast cancer. She discovered a lump during a self-examination. She was very consistent in following through will all medical treatment needed. In addition, while going through radiation, Cecy was informed that her 5-year-old son was diagnosed with an enlarged heart which required a life-saving surgery. Mission Hope staff expedited her radiation treatments so she could be at UCLA Medical Center when her boy went through surgery and recovery. Cecy and her family struggled through hardship with not only medical bill expense but also travel expense to and from the UCLA Medical Center. Four years after her diagnosis, she was cancer free and pregnant with their third child, a surprise since they’d been told chemo could cause sterilization. This was a great blessing not only for her but her whole family. Now at 35 years old she will be battling cancer again, any donation will be greatly appreciated.
