After receiving a chilling threat from her husband, Cecilia Huerta left work early on July 8, 2019, to check on her children. This was the last time she was seen alive.
A few days before her disappearance, Cecilia confessed to her sister that she feared her husband would kill her. She also asked her to please take care of her children if anything happened to her. After several months, the state granted Cecilia's wish, and her kids are now in Houston, living with their aunt.
Because the home is considered a crime scene, the family was not able to remove any of the children's items from the house. Ceci's children have had to start over in every sense.
I am asking that you open your hearts and wallets to provide her six-year-old daughter and eight-year-old son with some of the essentials they so desperately need. Money raised will go towards:
Clothes (they need everything from socks to shoes)
Sheets, Comforters, Bed Frames
Toys (For Christmas)
Furniture for their new rooms
The road to healing and closure is a long one for these children, but we want to do the best we can to help them get through losing their mother.
