Support David with cerebral Palsy to stay at home

Dear facebook friends. My apologies for abusing you involuntary audience. But this issue is giving me sleepless nights. Please meet David Smallcombe, brother of a very dear friend of mine. He was born with cerebral palsy and has subsequently been trapped in a non functional body his entire life, with a clear, intelligent and willful mind. Despite his family’s unwavering support and love, he is at a point in his life where the funding has dried up. He is currently in a very good home where he has friends and receives good care. It is also close to his pensioner parents and sister who visit him routinely. But due to his financial situation he now has to go to an appalling government institution far away from his family and friends.
 Time is of critical priority here as he has to leave, now! If I can only buy him a couple of months it’ll help! He CAN NOT go to a government institution!!
