Diabetic Alert Dog for Logan

Donation protected
Logan is 23 years old and has Down Syndrome, Logan was diagnosed with Diabetes type 1 when he was only 7 years old. Logan has had a long road with high and low blood sugars, Logan is a very brittle diabetic and requires constant monitoring Due to his Down Syndrome. Logan is unable to provide his own treatment and is unable to recognize his highs and lows. Logan's parents Rob and Angi applied 3 months ago for a diabetic alert dog from the Ron and Vicky Santo foundation. Tyson will allow Rob and Angi to manage Logan's diabetes more aggressively providing alerts for low and high blood sugars. The bulk of the cost for Tyson (Logan's alert dog) was provided by the foundation. Tyson's overall cost was 20,000.00, Logan's parents were tasked to come up with 3,000.00 of the cost. To this date 1,100.00 has been raised for Tyson. We would also like to pay it forward and any donations above the 1,900.00 will be donated to the foundation for the next recipient. We are asking for you to consider making a small donation to finsh paying for Tyson who will be delivered at the September 3rd cubs game. Logan will be throwing out the first pitch!!!!
