Recently, my husband suffered a heart attack that led to an open-heart triple bypass surgery. The experience was terrifying and life-changing, but we are deeply grateful that he made it through and is now on the long road to recovery.</span>

<div>The recovery process is slow and demanding. He will be unable to work for several months as his body heals. I've had to take time off from work to be at the hospital with him, and will continue to be off work to help manage his medical needs at home. Unfortunately, this has created a significant financial burden on our family. Between medical bills, prescriptions, follow-up appointments, and everyday living expenses, we are going to deeply struggle to make ends meet.
