Help me get back to school

My name is Josh Hart, from Fort Walton Beach Florida. I'm the guy making the goofy face in that picture.

On September 26th on my way from school (The University of West Florida) to work I was in a car accident that permanently damaged by Peroneal nerve and my Radial nerve.  I can no longer move any long distance without the use of a wheelchair. I was forced to medically withdrawal after only a month. I would like to go back to school in August but with my limitations that would only work if I stayed on campus. The accident has caused me to lose my job and my mother, the only parent I have, can barely support us. Medical co-payments and gas money has ruined us financially.

I need $5000 dollars to pay for a dorm, a meal plan, and to buy food and other necessities. 

I've always valued education and done well in school. I graduated with an associates degree when I was 17 and I know I can suceed if I just get out there. The last thing I want is to have my mother, the only person who raised me, wake up knowing I had to not get an education because of a car accident.
