HELP saving my cat

Hello, my name is Emerita and this is Mofli, my little fur of love.
I rescued her 4 years ago in London in a really bad state, as it was given to me from a homeless woman as she couldn't have her anymore.
She was about to die from several infections. That was the first time I spent huge amounts of money for her health ( which I don't regret as she is with me now and she is the most amazing and lovable cat I have ever had). We have bonded since then, as it looks like she knows I saved her.
Back in May this year, she was diagnosed with kidney disease. As I have no money( working part time and studying at the same time with no loan) I couldn't afford any kind of insurance for her. Before I started this crowdfunding I created a raffle of a costume (as I sew) in order to avoid asking for money.
In less than a month I have spend more than £2000 on her in fluids, blood and urine tests, medicines and overnights at the Vets.
Right now I'm running out of money, and as I am in furlough scheme and I don't know when I will be able to return to work, I am desperate.
Her condition seems to be improving, but really slowly, and as far as I know, she will need medicine and fluids everyday for the rest of her life.
Since I don't know when I'm going to work again I am worried that all that fight for her health will be for nothing and I will lose her before Christmas and I can't allow that without asking for help or fight for her first.
P.S I'm attaching some bills and blood and urine tests. I will be updating the next ones.
Please help her. Give her another chance.
