CC Estates Drainage Improvements

Dear Fellow CC Estates Homeowners, Five homeowners on Hillside Drive between 1424 and 1528 have created a Local Improvement District to mitigate groundwater flowing into our streets, we believe from a local reservoir.  Larimer County has designed and costed a project to put a drainage system in place in order to keep water out of the streets.  The cost of the project is $270,000, $55,000 of which the five homeowners have agreed to pay in order to make the project happen. This project will do the following: Remove water flowing into our streets, Mitigate street damage, Preserve property values in the neighborhood, Prevent hazardous ice on our streets. We are asking you, our neighbors, to contribute to this worthwhile cause.  Our goal is to raise $50,000 by Dec 1, 2019. With that it should be known in order for such donations to support the 5 homeowners hefty county bills-the funds from go fund me will be deposited in my own checking account. The funds will then be divided and sent to each of the homeowners via a transfer to their own checking/savings accounts. In which the donated money will make its way to the county to help with each of the 5 individual liens (bills). As a tight knit group we have all fully trusted in each other and our community and are absolutely transparent and honest about where these funds are going and ending up with the county.
