Sadaqah Jariyah - Help Build A Well

Assalamu Alaykum,
I hope everyone coming across this is safe, well, and content.
My sisters and I are raising money to help build a water well as an act of Sadaqah Jaariyah for our late grandparents.
Water is our source of life and a blessing from Allah (SWT). With water, we nourish, clean and refresh our bodies, cleanse our souls through whudu and ghusl and remember the hardships and struggles of Hajar (RA) when we perform Hajj. Allah (SWT) in the Holy Qur’an tells us: ‘By means of water, we give life to everything’ (21:30). Without water, we cannot survive. Prophet Muhammad (saw) therefore taught us to not waste water and to share this precious source with others.
Sa’ad ibn Ubadah (RA) who said, “I asked, O Messenger of Allah! Which charity is best?” The prophet PBUH replied “Providing water”.
Charity does not decrease wealth, and what better time to donate to the less fortunate, than during this blessed month of Ramadan.
We would be exceptionally grateful if you could donate even the smallest amount, and for those of you who cannot, we would really appreciate it if you shared this page around to others you know.
Any additional money raised will be used to feed the poor and needy in Pakistan. As we know, the Covid-19 pandemic has affected many people all around the world. Families who were already struggling pre-lockdown to make ends meet are now struggling immensely, and Insha'Allah the remaining money will be used to help some of those families out in any way possible.
May Allah (SWT) reward us all in our efforts and accept our charity, fasts, and duaas and may He keep all our families safe during this difficult period. Ameen.

Update: thank you so much for all the donations and shares! Alhamdulillah we have reached our target of £1000 in less than 48 hours so we have decided to increase our target and keep this fundraising page open until the end of Ramadan Insha'Allah. With the money raised we aim to build more than 1 water well.
