Kevin Acosta's Funeral Expenses

My family & I are creating this page in hopes of rasing money to help my dad with medical expenses. Four years ago he was diagnosed with liver faliure and recently was given two to six months to live. He currently has been hospitalized with end stage liver faliure and has progressively gotten worse. The chances of survival are small. If he does make it through, the funds will be used for medical expenses. He is currently on the emergency waiting list for a liver transplant. If in the unfortunate case he does not make it through theses funds will be used for funeral & memorial services. I am asking friends, family & anyone who has had the pleasure of knowing my dad to donate and help our family; even the smallest donation will help to reach our goal.
