As government funding declines and school resources are stretched to their limits, the most vulnerable young people in our communities are falling through the gaps. At Care To Grow, we believe that emotional well-being is not a luxury - it is the essential foundation upon which all learning and development are built.

<div>Based in North Kensington, our charity is dedicated to bridging this "support gap." We recruit and train trusted adult mentors and volunteer "buddies" who provide vital emotional literacy support within schools in disadvantaged areas of West London.

<div>Our mission is rooted in a powerful, research-backed truth:<strong> just one trusted adult can have a profound effect on a child’s life. </strong>This single consistent relationship can influence a young person toward positive growth, greater engagement in their education, and better overall health, while actively preventing risky or threatening behaviours and later involvement with the justice system.
