Caynen Cole Bowman's First Weeks

Caynen Cole Bowman, born May 6 2017, has had a rough start to his precious little life. After being sent home from an otherwise normal birth, Caynen suffered from a bout of Jaundice and had to remain in a specialized bed for 48 hours. This was a costly nuisance monetarily as well as emotionally, but little did we know that this was just the beginning of little Caynen's medical journey.
After getting the clear from the spat of Jaundice and while at the hospital, it was noticed that sweet baby Caynen had some outbreaks on his skin. After some further testing it was found that he had a virus in his blood that could potentially cause much more than just skin outbreaks.
Caynen started to undergo antiviral and antibiotic treatment at just a little over a week of life, which can be really hard on such a little baby's body. You can imagine the fear/stress/anxiety that mommy Natalie and daddy Dustin were under!
Eventually, Caynen was airlifted to Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock where he remains today to get the best treatment possible. He is still receiving medication and treatment, but has shown to be a fighter as he has toughed through it all with little-to-no other complications.
We are starting this campaign for mommy Natalie and daddy Dustin because unfortunately, as with many other in this country, they do not have access to good medical insurance and have to pay outrageous deductibles and other out-of-pocket expenses. They already have enough to worry about, and have been through too much to now be in so much debt. Please help us help Caynen, Natalie, and Dustin!
