<div>Departing from the UK, the voyage has been timed to coincide with <a href="https://www.windenergyhamburg.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">WindEnergy Hamburg 2026</a>, held in Hamburg, Germany, providing an opportunity to showcase the industry's future talent on an international stage while highlighting the role apprenticeship programmes play in supporting the continued growth of renewable energy.

<div>The team will experience life aboard a 72ft high-performance racing yacht, where communication, trust, problem-solving and collaboration are essential to every aspect of the experience. It is an opportunity to build lasting professional networks and strengthen relationships that will support the future of the UK's wind energy workforce.
