<div>Cats Hope is a rescue initiative based in Singapore caring for vulnerable and abandoned cats.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We provide daily feeding, medical treatment, and safe care for cats already under rescue, while supporting the caregivers who sustain them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Right now, multiple rescued cats are under care — some recovering from illness, some newly rescued, and some still unstable.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This fundraiser supports their immediate care, so they are not pushed back into a cycle of abandonment.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This fundraiser is organised by a US-based supporter on behalf of Cats Hope™ to enable international fundraising. All funds go directly toward the care and treatment of rescued cats.

<div><strong>Cats Hope™ — Why Pet Abandonment Is Not a Personal Failure</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Cats Hope™ is currently supporting the care of multiple rescued and abandoned cats — some recovering from illness, some recently rescued, and some still unstable.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Daily feeding, medical care, and upkeep are already stretching beyond what can be sustained without support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This campaign is to stabilise what is already happening, so these cats are not pushed back into abandonment.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>________________________________________
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every day, rescued and abandoned cats are being cared for by individuals who are reaching their limits.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Most people believe pet abandonment happens because someone did not care enough.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That belief is comforting.
</div>
<div>And it is wrong.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>What we see, again and again, is not cruelty — but collapse.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Animals are not separate from us. They live in our homes, our streets, our communities. They are bred by humans, for humans — dependent, not wild. When they suffer, it reflects not individual failure, but a failure of systems.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Caregivers try to do the right thing.
</div>
<div>They feed, rescue, foster, and stretch what little they have.
</div>
<div>But vet bills rise. Sterilisation is inaccessible. Food costs increase.
</div>
<div>Unsterilised cats become dozens within months.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Care turns into crisis. Crisis turns into overwhelm.
</div>
<div>And eventually, animals are abandoned — not because people stop caring, but because they cannot continue alone.
</div>
<div><br />

<div><strong>What Cats Hope™ Is</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Cats Hope™ is a structured initiative supporting rescued and abandoned cats, and the caregivers already doing the work.
</div>
<div>Rescue alone is not enough.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Across neighbourhoods and communities, there are individuals already caring for these animals — quietly, consistently, and often without support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>They fund food, medical care, and daily upkeep out of their own pockets. But without structure, the burden becomes unsustainable.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Cats Hope™ exists to provide that structure.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It supports both:
</div>
<div>· the animals in need
</div>
<div>· and the caregivers sustaining them
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>So that care does not collapse when individuals can no longer carry it alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>What This Looks Like in Real Life</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Some of the cats shown here are currently under care — recovering, stabilising, or newly rescued.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Recent cases include a cat who developed fever and stopped eating after vaccination, requiring close monitoring, and another found in a drain too weak to survive without intervention.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is not theory. It is daily reality.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Cats are found:
</div>
<div>· in drains, without shelter or food
</div>
<div>· injured and abandoned after accidents
</div>
<div>· sick, starving, or too weak to survive alone
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Some recover with care.
</div>
<div>Some survive because someone steps in.
</div>
<div>Some do not make it in time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Each case carries the same truth:
</div>
<div>Without support, suffering multiplies.
</div>
<div>With support, cycles can be broken.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>⚠️ Why This Matters</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Many rescued cats exist in a gap.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>They are:
</div>
<div>· not adopted
</div>
<div>· not sponsored
</div>
<div>· not supported by formal systems
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>They depend on individuals.
</div>
<div>When those individuals reach their limits, the animals are left vulnerable again.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Cats Hope™ is not just about rescue.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It is about ensuring that care continues.
</div>
<div><br />

</div>
<div><strong>What This Campaign Supports</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This campaign supports the first phase of building a structured system of care.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Current care is already under strain, and immediate support is needed to prevent further abandonment.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Phase 1 — Stabilising Current Care</strong>
</div>
<div>· sustaining daily feeding for rescued and community cats
</div>
<div>· supporting ongoing care already being carried out
</div>
<div>· funding urgent medical treatment
</div>
<div>· preventing immediate abandonment
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Phase 2 — Supporting Fosterers</strong>
</div>
<div>· monthly support for registered foster households
</div>
<div>· provision of food and essential supplies
</div>
<div>· access to veterinary care
</div>
<div>· reducing financial strain on individual caregivers
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Phase 3 — Building a Sustainable Network</strong>
</div>
<div>· expanding support across multiple caregivers
</div>
<div>· creating a structured, accountable system
</div>
<div>· ensuring rescued animals are not dependent on one individual alone
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is not about rapid expansion.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It is about building a system where care is stable, continuous, and not dependent on one person alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>________________________________________
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>This Is Not Charity as Performance</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This work is not about visibility or recognition.
</div>
<div>It is about responsibility.
</div>
<div>Animals cannot speak.
</div>
<div>They cannot choose their conditions.
</div>
<div>But they live with the consequences of human systems.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We can choose to respond — not only when it is too late,
</div>
<div>but by building structures that prevent suffering in the first place.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
