<div>For years, I have taken it upon myself and my boyfriend to try to take care of the cats around us by spaying and neutering the strays. We've also adopted quite a few of them ourselves over the years. Do not ask me how many cats I have.

<div>The shelters are not accepting new animals, and in fact are dealing with an outbreak of parvo. The fosters are overrun. The free TNRs are all outside of our range. My only hope of going cheaper is in Wyandot County at the Hope Clinic, but that's still $50 for spays and $35 for neuters.

<div>Currently, there are 3 female cats outside of my home, one with six kittens, the other two with two kittens. These kittens arere about 5 weeks for 2 and three months for the other. They are crossing the streets on wobbling legs. They are looking for homes and help. There's also at least 3 male cats that are not neutered out there.

<div>This has also been a bad year. While I do have a full time job, it has to sustain our lives and the cats already in our homes. Typically I would use money made from festivals that I work at to help fund the strays, but this year was lackluster money wise at every event (while the events themselves were still amazing).

<div>We need to get them spayed and neutered, and hopefully to find homes for some of them. But, unfortunately, I can't do it on my own at this time. But I also can't watch the population continue to grow out of control. As you can see, one of the kittens also seems to have mange or a parasite, so she also needs additional treatment.
