Cathy Brown - Surgery

This is my sister Cathy Brown.  If you know her then you know she is always positive and willing to help anyone in need.  She was diagnosed with thyroid cancer over 15 years ago.  Several years later they discovered it had spread to her liver, since then she has been battling it with grace.  She has had numerous treatments including recent chemo.  Her doctors at MD Anderson now feel they can remove the largest part of it, about 25% of her liver.  Cathy will have surgery next Thursday, Sept. 20th.  She will have to stay in Houston for 2 weeks, one week will be in a hotel.  She has to stay near the hospital in case she has internal bleeding after surgery.
If you would like to donate for their hotel stay and medical expenses that insurance does not cover I know she and her husband Johnny would be appreciative.  More than anything we all would appreciate your prayers for a successful surgery and quick recovery.
