Cataract surgery for Moose

This money will be used to fund cataract surgery for Moose. He was diagnosed November 13th and will need treatment by December 2nd in order to prevent the risk of him losing sight in both of his eyes. Anybody who knows about Mr. Moose knows that he is an important part of my life and family, and I would do anything to help keep him happy and healthy. Moose has pet insurance but since this is considered a pre-existing condition, it is not covered under his current pet insurance. $4700 is the total cost of the surgery and doesn't include any of the money that has been spent so far to diagnose or treat him so far. The surgery will have to be paid in full, out of pocket at the time it is performed so any money that is donated will help out tremendously.
