Cataract Eye Surgery for Mark S. JOHNSON

Hello. I damaged my eyes firing Pottery kilns over the past decade. Peering into the burning interior without proper safety glasses has given me cataracts in both eyes at the tender age of 45. I have not met my health insurance deductible yet so I am currently on the hook for 1,726.67 dollars. This is the cost for my right eye not including the cost of anesthesia for the procedure.
