Community cat spaying

Hi, my name is Monica Caballero.

I am starting this fund in honor of Salem. Those who know me and my crazy outdoor cat babies, asking for help is very hard for me to do. Please know, it will be going towards a great cause.

I've decided to focus this mourning energy into focusing on spaying this cat community.

I am a cat lover, my 1st pet as an adult is my indoor, Crystal, who was also a feral cat. I've raised her indoor 7yrs and vaccinated/spayed her when I first became a pet mom.

I cannot speak on those who do not and allow them to roam the streets freely. I have fed, loved and nourted those who have stayed in my yard, so much so, my dog isn't even allowed in the backyard lol.

I am reaching out to friends and their contacts to tackle getting these cats spayed or neutered. However, the costs that come with that alone out of pocket is about $100 each. Prior to Salem's passing, I reached out to the City of Long Beach and was able to get vouchers to assist but do not cover full cost and vaccines. I have 2 appts for Jan 31st so far.

Caring for my babies can be a financial burden and discouraging a times. The money I raise will help in facilitating getting 7 cats fixed and in hopes to do more.
