IL MIO SOGNO
Mi chiamo Cassandra Testa, ho 20 anni e sono nata in provincia di Varese in Lombardia.
Nelson Mandela disse “Non mi giudicate per i miei successi ma per tutte quelle volte che sono caduto e sono riuscito a rialzarmi.”.
Questa frase penso che sia un riassunto della mia vita fino ad oggi e voglio che lo sia anche per il resto degli anni.
Nonostante tutto quello che ho passato, sono ancora qui e piena di determinazione e di passione voglio raggiungere il mio sogno di laurearmi.
In seguito a problemi di salute e a pesanti scherzi subiti durante la mia infanzia, avevo perso la fiducia in me stessa.
Mi sono concentrata allora pienamente sulla scuola, alle medie sono uscita con ottimo e alle superiori avevo la media del 9/ 9 e mezzo.
Alla maturità sono riuscita addirittura ad ottenere 100/100. La mia scuola era l'ITE Tosi di Busto Arsizio ed il mio corso di studi Sistemi Informativi Aziendali.
Come si capisce, la mia passione è l'informatica, in particolare il lato creativo della programmazione, delle app e dei siti Web, ed è su questo che vorrei basare il mio futuro costruendoci una carriera.
Come tesina per il diploma, ho, infatti, realizzato un sito web sulla New Economy, il quale è ancora visibile online al link http://cassandratesta.altervista.org/neweconomy/ .
Dopo il diploma ho iniziato immediatamente a cercare lavoro per potermi mantenere al di fuori di casa e dimostrare che ero pronta a prendere in mano la mia vita e a cavarmela nella giungla del mondo.
Ora vedendo i miei compagni frequentare l'università ed andare avanti, vorrei anche io coronare il sogno che ho fin da bambina: LAUREARMI.
CHI MI AIUTA A REALIZZARLO??
Dopo aver cercato e studiato attentamente i vari corsi, quello che più rispecchia la mia passione è il Corso di laurea triennale di Sicurezza dei Sistemi e delle Reti Informatiche erogato nella sede di Crema dell'Università degli Studi di Milano.

Questo corso oltre ad avere le materie che più mi interessano, è perfetto perchè prevede anche l'erogazione online per gli studenti lavoratori.
L'unica pecca è che per seguirlo in questa modalità è previsto un sovrapprezzo di €1500 all'anno.
Per tutti i 3 anni di studi con erogazione online avrei bisogno di ca. 9000€: vivendo in affitto a Milano e lavorando solo da 2 anni non riesco a permettermi questa cifra .
Mi rivolgo a tutti voi studenti, genitori, lavoratori, imprenditori e a tutti coloro che vogliano aiutarmi a realizzare questo sogno. Basta anche solo un piccolo contributo che messo insieme a quello di tanti può realmente fare la differenza.
Vorrei rendere orgogliosa prima di tutto me stessa ed anche i miei genitori. Vorrei renderli partecipi della gioia di vedermi laureata e soprattutto vorrei non sprecare la mia intelligenza, ma utilizzarla appieno per il mio futuro.
Con questo corso di laurea avrei numerose competenze sia nel campo della sicurezza informatica che nello sviluppo di applicazioni web e mobili, inoltre nell'ultimo anno sono presenti due materie a scelta e tra queste vorrei intraprendere
la strada dei Sistemi biometrici (ad esempio l'utilizzo dell'iride, delle impronte digitali o addirittura del DNA per identificare unicamente una persona), questi ultimi sono la direzione verso cui sta andando la nuova tecnologia e credo che possano risolvere numerosi problemi legati al furto d'identità e vari crimini informatici.
Ormai nel mondo l'informatica e la tecnologia sono sempre più presenti e stanno diventando indispensabili. Pensate ad esempio anche solo ad un piccolo negozio: la gestione della contabilità non viene più fatta a mano tramite i libri contabili
rischiando di commettere errori, ma tramite appositi programmi a PC che permettono di rilevare eventuali problematiche e di correggerle prima di effettuare la scrittura definitiva, oppure ormai sono veramente poche le attività che non permettono di utilizzare bancomat o carte di credito per effettuare i pagamenti.
Sono sicura che qualcuno crederà in me e mi aiuterà in questo grande progetto di vita e già in anticipo lo ringrazio per la possibilità che mi ha dato.
Coloro che effettueranno una donazione verranno citati all'interno della mia futura tesi di Laurea (creerò un'apposita appendice), inoltre i contributi più generosi verranno inseriti direttamente nei ringraziamenti.
Inserirò anche dei riferimenti all'interno dei software/ siti web che produrrò durante il corso. Questi prodotti li renderò disponibili direttamente in questa campagna tramite update simili a questo.
Una volta ottenuta la Laurea mi impegnerò, inoltre, a sostenere dei progetti simili al mio, in modo da rendere possibile il loro sogno anche ad altri ragazzi/e.

MY DREAM
My name is Cassandra Testa, I am 20 years old and I was born in Gallarate, near Varese, in the north of Italy.
Nelson Mandela said: “Don’t judge me for my successes, but for all the times I fell down and I managed to get up".
I think this phrase represents a summary of my life until today and I want it will be the same for the future.
Despite what I faced, I am still here and full of determination and passion I want to reach my dream of graduating.
After some health problems and very heavy jokes from my classmates, I lost my self-confidence.
I so focused myself on school, I finished the middle school with the highest grade and at the high school I had the average of 9.
I also passed the diploma with 100/100. My high school was I.T.E. Tosi in Busto Arsizio and I attended the course of IT Technology.
As you see, my passion is IT, over all the creativity side of programming, of apps and website, and I want to base my future and my career on that.
For the examination, in fact, I prepared a website on New Economy. It is already online and you can visit it at this link http://cassandratesta.altervista.org/neweconomy/ .
After I immediately started looking for a work in order of living alone and show I was ready to pick up my life and get by in the jungle of world.
Now I would realise my dream of graduating.
COULD YOU HELP ME MAKE IT HAPPEN?
After I looked through the various courses, I found a 3 years degree in Security of Information Systems and Computer Networks held at the University of Milan.

This course has subjects that are in line with my passion and it can also be attended online. It is perfect for me as I work and I could not be present at the lessons.
The problem is that to attend it online I must pay an overcharge of €1500 yearly.
For all the three years of course I must pay almost €9000. As I live in a rent house in Milan and I work only from 2 years I cannot afford this only by myself. My parents cannot help me because they have difficulties.
My call is for all the people out there who want to help in making my dream comes true. One small grant is also enough, because it will be put together with the others and will make the difference.
I would be proud of myself and the I would share with my parents and you the joy to see me graduate, but over all I wouldn't waste my intelligence and I want to use it for my future.
With this course, I will have many opportunities both in the field of information security and in the development of web and mobile applications. Moreover in the last year, there are two optional subjects and between them I would choose biometric systems (for example the use of fingerprints, iris and even the DNA to uniquely identify a person), this is the future of technology and I think it can resolve a lot of problems about identity theft and various cybercrimes.
In the world today, IT and technology are increasingly present and they are becoming indispensable. For example a little shop now do not use anymore accounting books to register accountancy, but it uses a specify program on PC that can detect errors, else nowadays very few shops don't have a POS to pay with debit or credit cards.
I am sure someone will trust me and will help me with this great life project. I thanks him ahead for the opportunity he gave me.
Someone who makes a donation will be mention in my future thesis (I will make a special part for that); moreover, the most contributions will be mention during the congratulation speech.
