Cashy's Lungs

My sister's lovely boy Cashy is just two years old and is battling a lung disorder where his lungs keep collapsing due to air in his pleural space. There doesn't seem to be any obvious reason for his symptoms but he needs urgent surgery to survive. This has to be done by a special veterinarian which is incredibly expensive.
If you can spare anything to help fund this life saving surgery, we would be so incredibly grateful.
