The Case and the Stolen Camera

Dear Friends,
Everyone does stupid things. Specifically, I and a secret person I will probably never know did stupid things today. For an hour, I left a camera and tripod that I had rented from the university hidden under a bar in a rarely-used room in the corner of the theatre building. When I returned to set it up, it was gone. The police have come and gone, but the likelihood of it returning is pretty much nil. As a result of this incident, I now owe the university $2200.  I realize that I am responsible for this happening. I have access to locked rooms, and took a very stupid risk instead. However, if you want to tell me that you love me or help out in a very tangible way, please consider donating a couple of bucks to my soon to be completely empty bank account. Or, if there is some housework or other that I might do for you, edit a paper, teach a workshop, write a song singing the praises of someone else you love, please let me know.
