Cary Stock & Family “Go Fund Me”

The last day of February 2018 our beloved Cary Stock suffered a stroke while visiting his father in Arizona.
Those of you reading this know Cary Stock to be the first person to give others a helping hand. He is always able and willing to help his friends and their families when needed. You know the old saying, “he’d give the shirt off his back?” Stock is a natural leader and a man who knows what being a true friend really means.
Cary is a father, a husband, a son, a brother, and a friend. He is currently the Fire Management Officer for the Wenatchee River Ranger District, Okanogan/Wenatchee National Forest.
Stock has served for the United States Forest Service in Fire and Fuels for 24+ years. He has spent a lifetime in this profession building strength and community within the forest service.
He is truly loved by many.
Cary is well known by his peers to be an amazing father, he puts his family first and makes them a priority even when he is working hard during fire season. He has an adventurous heart and enjoys spending time with his kids, Porter -16, Ethyn-10, Skyler-6, and River-1.
As his wife Chelsey put it, he does not see anyone as less then himself. And he loves unconditionally.
Cary values his work and family. If you ever had an opportunity to work with him, you know just how hard this man works within his career and for his family.
Cary has a long road to recovery. He suffered multiple strokes on both sides of his brain. He currently has pneumonia which is making it difficult for his body to heal. At this time he is in a Las Vegas hospital where he was flown to from Arizona. It is unknown what his length of stay in the hospital will be.
There is a lot we can do to help him and his family. Let’s join together and take care of one of our own, a loving father, loving husband, and dear friend.
