Carver Cares

Carver Middle School is a second home to the hundreds of students we serve each day. Carver not only seeks to teach and empower students but to also be a consistent support system to the families that we serve as well. In September of 2018, we were notified that Symphanie Reynolds, a Carver student in the 8th grade, is in need of a new heart and a new lung.

The news sent shock waves throughout our campus as we love each and every bear that walks our hallways. This student is the epitome of "The Carver Way".  Symphanie is always giving her best, respectful to her peers and adults and most importantly taking each moment to learn something new.  After finding out her prognosis, she simply asked "How can I get my classwork?"

This Carver Bear is in need of support from her Carver Family and the community. Insurance will not cover Symphanie's transplant and she will be moving to be closer to affordable healthcare.  We are asking for donations to support her family through this difficult time.  Any donation is helpful as it will go to support the students transition through medical care, expenses and traveling.
