Carter is the son of Alex Carroll and Ashley Dombrowski of Roseburg, Oregon.

He is Survived by 2 Sister Siblings:
Harper & Cambria Carroll.

His Paternal Grandparents are
Scott & Paula Carroll. 
His Maternal Grandparents are
Toby & Michelle Dombrowski.

Carter gave us a lifetime of love during his short time on earth.
