Carri Boots cancer treatment

My mom, mother of 10 and grandmother of 8 (Carri Boots), was diagnosed with ovarian cancer about a year ago and underwent extensive surgery last April to remove some very large tumors. Since then, her blood tests, though they have not shown the cancer completely gone, have shown a great progression in the right direction. She got her test results back today from her blood work this past Tuesday (1/23). The cancer is progressing very rapidly, and the doctors gave her 6-12 months to live. Simply put, we need a miracle. She is only 55 years old and, besides this diagnosis, has not had and does not have any other health issues. 

The doctors gave her 6-12 months and only up to 18 months with chemotherapy. Since chemotherapy is not an effective option, she is seeking alternative treatment. Though insurance would not be applicable in this situation, they are without any type of coverage. Altenative treatments cost about $40,000 (not counting travel out of the country, lodging, and ongoing treatments) and must be paid upfront. That leaves about 4 weeks (from January 28) to raise the amount needed to make these treatments possible. 

I would appreciate it if you would take this matter to the Lord on our behalf, and if you would include it on your church prayer list. We serve a God of miracles, and I know He has the ability to heal. Nothing changes your perspective or challenges your faith like watching something like this happen to your own mother. God can heal her, and that is what we are praying for right now. Thank you for your faithfulness in prayer.
