Carpio to John Hopkins

Carpio is a bright, dedicated, and ambitious 15 year old native of Las Cruces, NM who has a dream of becoming an Orthopedic Surgeon! Carpio has always excelled in his studies. Carpio has been taking advanced placement courses since middle school and was recently selected to attend the:

National Youth Leadership Forum: Advanced Medicine and Health Care, a youth leadership summer medical program for high school students that will give Carpio the amazing experience to attend The prestigious John Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland for this summer!

Carpio will have hands on training in preparing for the patient experience through mock patient exams, diagnosis and treatment presentations, and a medical operations simulation. 

I have created this GoFundMe page to help assist my friend, Kristina Lucero a dedicated and absolutely loving mother, with the tuition for Carpio to attend this amazing summer experience at Harvard University!
