Carol's Broken Arm Recovery

On Monday evening March 19th my 62 year old mother Carol fell off her bed and broke her arm. The bone in her upper arm between her elbow and shoulder broke completely through. She does not have any insurance and I am currently working on helping her apply for Medicaid to cover the hospital expenses. Also because of the type of break she had to see an Orthopedic specialist and has paid for that out of pocket. Other than that she has basically been bed ridden and in extreme pain every day since the fall.
Due to this unfortunate accident she is not able to accept any work from the temp agency she normally is employed by. We are not sure how long the recovery process will be but Carol lives alone in Florida and I am all the way in Ohio. She has basically needed 24 hour care since it happened. The doctors estimate that she may be able to use her arm again in 6 weeks or so. The stress of this injury has already been traumatic for her and if I could help reduce any added financial stress on top of it all, I know I'll have done my best to support her. We also aren't sure if she will be able to stay in her current living situation due to needing so much care. The goal is to raise enough money to support her through this recovery for the everyday basic life expenses:
-Rent
-Bills
-Food
-Possible Relocation
