Carol’s legacy

My mom Carol Coles was diagnosed with Colon Cancer back in 2014. Since then she has conquered the cancer twice and welcomed to the world 3 handsome grandsons. She has hurdled over leaps and bounds and is the strongest person I know.
Well in August 2017 we found the cancer was back a third time but in the liver and in the lung. She started treatment but no change so we started a clinical trial. This took a toll on my mom. By the second time of treatment my mom started to change. Today my mom is still fighting but it has come on suddenly that the cancer has spread throughout. We have hospice to help her stay comfortable as possible and she is at home with the ones she loves.
Over the years of medical bills and taking care of this illness has put a big strain on my family financially. I don’t usually do this but we can use any help needed as we also know the end is closer for my mom and funeral costs are going to be hard. I thank you all for being there for us through this tough time and taking the time to read through our short but long story.
