Hello, my name is Carol and let me first say I am extremely nervous about doing this. But, I am in need right now so I am reaching out to all of you. Let me tell you a bit about me. I am a 40-year-old single mom and also a recovering addict. I am so grateful that I can say that, today. I have been working so hard on maintaining my recovery and it is my priority because if not my life will fall apart. I will do whatever I have to when it comes to my recovery. I would also love to be an addiction counselor, one day. I made this gofundme page because I would love to get my driver's license back. But, due to fines, surcharges, and restoration, I can not afford it. I have until May 31st or I have to retake all the tests again. Having my license back would help me in so many ways. I can get better employment and go back to school to get certified to become an addiction counselor, which has always been my dream for 15 years. I want to thank you for taking the time to read this. I am extremely blessed and grateful for my life today. I just want to enhance my life and make a difference in others. I wish you the best and many blessings to you and your loved ones.
