My name is Zoey and I'm 12 weeks old. I am a Labradoodle! I was born with a large hole in my heart and I need surgery or I'll die before I'm 1 year old. A family adopted me from the pet store and I was so happy. But the vet told them I have a heart defect and they didn't want me anymore so they returned me to the pet store. I was so sad and depressed and didn't think anyone would adopt me. But then a Nurse named Carol came into the store and heard about my story. She said that she took care of premature babies in the NICU who had the same heart defect I have. And her mother was born with the same heart defect and after her surgery she was as good as new! Carol adopted me and I am very happy because I feel how much she loves me. And she said she will keep me forever! Carol has Type I diabetes and she really needs me to be her diabetic service dog. She said she will teach me how to save her life! Please help me live a long and happy life with Carol by sharing your money with us so I can have my surgery!
