Diagnóstico:

Fractura patológica subtrocanterica de fémur izquierdo. Paciente con antecedente de tumor óseo del fémur izquierdo, con cirugía previa de plano subtrocanterico el 01/12/2017. Actualmente presenta limitación funcional en fémur izquierdo.

Se realizó estudio radiográfico, identificándose solución de continuidad subtrocantérica con evidencia de secuela tumoral. El paciente se encuentra encamado y en reposo, sin signos de inmovilización.

Reconstrucción con implante metálico tipo prótesis bipolar con extensión para cadera izquierda

Diagnosis:

Pathological subtrochanteric fracture of the left femur. Patient with a history of bone tumor in the left femur, previously operated on at the subtrochanteric level on December 1, 2017. Currently presents functional limitation of the affected limb.

Radiographic Findings:

Evidence of discontinuity in the subtrochanteric region with signs of tumor sequelae. Patient bedridden and at rest, without apparent immobilization.
