Carol Berardone needs a new heart!

To know Carol Berardone is to see a walking miracle. She has overcome more medically than most people could handle. Through it all, Carol has kept a positive outlook and her relationship with God has given her the strength to overcome every obstacle that has come her way.

When she was a child, rheumatic fever damaged her heart. Open heart surgery and a hysterectomy followed when she was a teenager. As if those medical procedures weren't enough, Carol had two more heart surgeries and beat breast cancer in 2000!

Recently, Carol has had symptoms, telling the doctors that her heart is failing. After some testing, they found that Carol needs a new heart and has been put at the top of the heart transplant list.

Carol and her husband Vince have been married since 1975. The medical bills have always been a part of their lives and now even more than ever, they need our help!  Please donate so they can have less worries when the heart comes!

Carol is the most positive person which is probably why she has always overcome everything, and a new heart would be a brand new life for her!
