On January 23, 2020, while one of our trainers, Ms. Carmen Vasquez was in the middle of a training session her apartment along with the two neighboring apartments were on fire. She received a frantic call from her daughter after numerous attempts. Thankfully, Carmen’s daughter and their pets were able to leave their building right before the fire did the most damage. The apartment including all the contents was completely destroyed. Carmen and her family were left with absolutely nothing.  But, now the long process of trying to rebuild and trying to deal with the trauma of losing one’s home is present. The financial and emotional toll this family faces will be overwhelming. Please help us meet and exceed our goal. $10, $20, $50 $100 or anything you can contribute is welcome.

Carmen and her family will need all the help we can provide to them as fire damage can lead to tremendous cost for the persons affected. Let’s hope this fund can aid in alleviating some of the financial burden Carmen and her family will face.
