Our father is in need of bypass surgery. He has 70, 90, & 100% blockage of his arteries. Earlier last week he suffered two strokes, both occurring while he was driving, completely unaware of his condition. We learned he also suffered a heart attack. Through a series of tests, we learned he is in dire need of bypass surgery. At the moment we are praying that Jehovah God will make the way possible for us to move Dad to a hospital that performs bloodless surgery to honor our Creators' command "to keep abstaining from...blood..." - Acts 10:29.
What the short-term future holds we do not know. But we do know that our Dad will fight with the strength "and power beyond what is normal" that only God can impart. (2 Corinthians 4:7) And we will be strong to support each other to tackle whatever this challenge brings.

In keeping with the Christian standard of giving, "when making gifts of mercy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your gifts of mercy may be in secret." (Matthew 6:3)

This is is the family waiting on our patriarch to fully recover so that he may continue serving our Heavenly Father and carry out the ministry that Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ left for us to do.
