Carlos' Hurricane Relief Effort

Hi Fellow CICers, Friends, and Family, 

Most of you have had the pleasure of seeing Carlos Duarte, our CIC Lead Painter, around the halls or at CIC events. At this time he, along with his wife and family, is experiencing a difficult time as his In-Laws reside in Puerto Rico, which has been hit terribly hard by Hurricane Maria. 

Our team collectively would like to help support Carlos and his family in whatever they may need during this hardship. Their specific needs right now include batteries, food, water etc. and his family has been able to address a way of getting these supplies to them.

Carlos and I have chatted a bit since the hurricane hit and he mentioned that whatever we raise he would like to send a portion of the funds to organizations that are supporting the rest of the island. If any of you have suggestions or thoughts on which organizations or other ways to help we would love to hear it!
