Carla's fight against Breast cancer for 2nd time

English: Our beloved daughter, admirable little sister, wonderful young mother, lovely niece, great cousin and extraordinary friend for a second time is facing one of the biggest challenges of her life. We heard there is no first without a second go, even though this sounds ironic, this is the case for our beloved Carla.  Once again, life has set her with big challenge, testing her and her family’s faith one more time beyond their beliefs. On September 8, 2017, at only 25 years old with a bright career and future ahead, Carla was diagnosed with breast cancer (Ductal Carcinoma infiltrating grade 3B on the right and Ductal Carcinoma in situ on the left), this type of cancer is mostly common in women over 40 years old, unfortunately, making it much more aggressive in younger women. In February of 2015, not long ago, we faced extremely difficult times that have yet to end with Isabella, Carla’s daughter, at only 5 months old she was diagnosed with an aggressive, rare, and less common type of brain cancer one she miraculously beat. We as a family know that this time will not be different, with the same love, strength, courage, and faith in God Carla will also win this battle. Please do not be sorry as it is not your fault. Please do not be sad as we are not. Carla is strong, focused and determined to get better soon. Despite, this devastating challenge set before her, Carla has the same optimism and courage to fight for her life to continue with her bright future and raise her daughter Isabella who is still going to therapies and treatments. Carla knows that she will beat cancer and with our help and your help the Victory for Carla & Isabella is guaranteed. Due to our infinite love and solidarity for Carla, we want to help with the medical bills by starting this fundraising campaign. Help us help her pay for the medicine she will need, called PERTUZUMAB, each injection has an excessive cost of 11,000 Peruvian soles ($3,374 approx.), she will need 4 injections after 3rd or 4th chemotherapy. As we all know, cancer is an illness that unfortunately needs treatments and medicines that are extremely expensive that can put any family under financial stress. Leaving us with our only choice of opening this account of “HOPE”. Dicen que no hay primera sin segunda y aunque suene irónico, este es el caso de nuestra querida Carlita. La vida le ha puesto nuevamente otro desafío, que la pondrá a prueba una vez mas junto a su Familia más allá de lo imaginable. El 8 de Setiembre del 2017, con tan solo 25 años y una carrera prometedora que apenas empezaba, Carla fue diagnosticada con Cáncer de Mama HER2-positivo (Carcinoma Ductal Infiltrante grado 3b en la mama derecha y Carcinoma Ductal in Situ en la mama izquierda),  este tipo de cáncer es el mas común en mujeres de 40 años a mas y desafortunadamente poco común en mujeres jovenes convirtiéndolo en el mas agresivo. No hace mucho, pasamos por momentos difíciles y que aún no terminan. En Febrero del 2015, Isabellita, hijita de Carla, con 5 meses de edad fue diagnosticada con un agresivo, raro y poco común caso de cáncer en el cerebro y que milagrosamente salió adelante desafiando toda adversidad y a la misma vida. Nosotros como familia, sabemos que esta vez no será diferente, con la misma unión, amor y fe en Dios Carla ganara esta lucha.  Por favor no tengan sentimientos de lamento, porque no es su culpa. Por favor no tengan pena, porque nosotros no lo estamos. Carla esta fuerte, concentrada y determinada en recuperarse pronto y aunque este ha sido un golpe muy duro, ella tiene el mismo optimismo y fortaleza de siempre para luchar por su vida y así continuar con las terapias de Isabellita y verla crecer. Carlita sabe que saldrá victoriosa y con nuestra ayuda y tu ayuda la Victoria para Carla e Isabella esta más que garantizada. Con el amor infinito, cariño y solidaridad que tenemos a Carlita queremos ayudarla con los gastos médicos creando esta campaña. Ayúdanos a recaudar fondos para la medicina PERTUZUMAB, cada inyección tiene un costo excesivo de S/. 11, 000, y la cual necesitara 4 unidades, luego de unas 3 o 4 quimioterapias. Como todos sabemos, el cáncer es un mal que lamentablemente necesita tratamientos y medicinas excesivamente costosas; pudiendo llevar a un stress financiero hasta a la familia mas pudiente de la clase media.
