Cariol Horne Campaign for Cariol’s Law Nationally
Cariol’s Law; Duty to Intervene is a law that has been passed in Buffalo, NY requiring Police Officers to Intervene If they see another Police Officer doing wrong. There should be no more George Floyd’s or Eric Garners happening while other Officers stand around and do nothing. The GOOD Police need to be protected when they cross the blue line to stop a Police Officer who has gone too far, as in the case of George Floyd.

This law is named after myself, Cariol Horne, who was fired by the Buffalo, NY Police Department 15 years ago for stopping the killing of Buffalo resident Neal Mack. I continue to advocate against Police brutality and am taking this law nationally. #NealMackCanBreathe
