Caring for Kama

Aloha friends! My name is Alex and Kama is my dear friend, Hawaii family member and a fellow Malamalama Waldorf mama. If you are reading this I'm sure you love Kama too. If you don't know Kama, she is a loving wife to Micheal and a mommy to 10 year old Mack. She is an extremely talented painter and artist. She is giving and loving and always there to give you a hand or a hug. I have started this campaign to help raise money for our dear friend Kama who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. My thought is that being sick is hard enough. Kama and Michael are both self employed and are so deserving of taking time off to rest and heal.. But taking time off and taking care of your ill spouse is going to be financially taxing. What a difference we can make in this families life to help them with their bills and daily living expenses. Food, laundry, school supplies/activities, etc... Kama will have 4-6 months of chemo then surgery and then months of radiation. This family is the first to help others and beloved member of our community. We can help them buy donating whatever we can so they can spend time as a family resting and not stressing over fianances. In Hawaii we take care of our Ohana and that is what we will do for The Rannells Ohana.
