Housing Fund for a Dear Friend

We (Otto and buds) are urgently raising funds to help a beloved friend and community member remain housed! They are a Rhode Island-based queer person of color, a creative powerhouse and caregiver who works their ass off to support their friends and family.

Due to circumstances beyond their control at work and home, they are short on the funds needed to keep their apartment. Here is a breakdown of what we're asking for, and where it will go:

Rent for October - $1300

Utility deposit & bills - $400

Internet - $100

All donations will be transferred directly to our friend. Any other funds raised will go directly towards their immediate needs (food, transit, etc) and future living expenses.

Note: The recipient of this fundraiser is choosing to remain anonymous. I (Otto) can provide documentation of transfer of funds upon request.
