Care4Ukraine

I am an American that has lived and worked in Ukraine since 2014. The war that began in February has created a humanitarian crisis that will take years to resolve physically, emotionally, and economically. Other Expats and I are raising money for medical supplies and medicines that will be distributed to Internally Displaced People (IDP's). Many people cannot make the journey to the borders of neighboring countries and will need medical attention, medications, and food - much of which that is quickly disappearing.

Along with medications we are bringing in basic hygiene products, vitamins, and other daily needs items. A couple of companies have donated used basic cellular phones that are distributed if needed......  Food, water and small amounts of cash for travel are staples as well.

 

We have established lines of  transport across the Ukrainian/Polish border into most areas of the country and have received donations of supplies, equipment and medicines, but many medications will need to be purchased. We are also offering space on trucks to other aid groups

 

We are one of many efforts being employed to help in this crisis.
